REGISTRATION FORMS for 2016 Sate Convention:
LMA PRE REGISTRATION FORM WOTM PRE REGISTRATION FORM
A question was raised at the Louisiana Moose Association District 2 meeting from the Chapters about Registration for
the Chapters. The Louisiana Moose Association ( ie. the Secretary) does not control the registration for the Chapters.
This is done by the Host Chapter. To access the web site you would enter WWW.LaMoose.Org The only thing the
Chapters should use the Louisiana Moose Association Registration form for is if they need a banquet ticket and they do
not have a spouse or friend of the LOOM that is purchasing the ticket for them. For those that need to purchase
banquet tickets please click on the link which is the registration form for the LMA and you can make copies of the form
for those needing tickets.
THEME FOR ANNUAL CONVENTION:
President Rudy has announced that the theme will be Super Villains and Super Super Villainiest (women). You can find
these types of people by going to Marvel Comic books or D. C. Comic Books. President Rudy also announced that he
will be dressing as the Joker and he will have painted his face but if you don't like the way he painted it or it needs more
paint for a donation you will be able to paint his face at the banquet.
